Easiest Creamy Seafood Chowder Ever!

Creamy Seafood Chowder
1 Quart(4 cups) half and half
2-3 cans (14-1/2 ounces of diced potatoes drained
2 cans  condensed cream of mushroom soup (I sometimes add 1 can of potatoes soup for extra thickness)
1 medium onion. Minced
½ cup(1 stick) butter, cubed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2-3 cans(8 ounce) whole oysters  rinsed and drained (I don’t drain it because I like the added flavor)
2-3 cans(6 oz) of drained minced clams
I package of 14 oz of shrimp( defrosted,peeled and tail removed) or you can do 2 cans of (4oz) cocktail shrimp drained
1 package of scallops( defrosted)-optional and any other seafood you might want
Combine all ingredients into crock pot (except for shrimp or scallops) on high for about 2 hours ,After 2 hours have passed, add shrimp , scallops and  continue to cook for 45- 1 more hour.
If cooking without crock pot but on stove pot, add all ingredients to a pot and cook for 1 hour on medium...
